– How often do you need an EICR?
Electrical Installation certificate normally valid for 5 years. Change of occupancy and change of use may invalidate your certificate. It’s also a legal requirement that change of occupancy or change of use needs to be reinspected and this is the landlord’s responsibility about electric safety.

OUR EICR RATES
• We charge a minimum £150 for domestic and £200 commercial and industrial testing (up to 12 circuits).
• Additional circuits will be charged at £15 per circuit for domestic testing, £20 per circuit for commercial testing.
• Consumer units are charged at £50 per extra unit
• Parking fees may be charged if parking at your premises is not available
